About Us
Holistic Chinese Medicine Services Committed to Excellence
At the heart of our practice is the concept of wholeness. The word “healing” itself is ancient, rooted in the meaning of “whole”—to be wholesome, healthy, and complete. Our mission is to guide you on the journey to become whole.
Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner Claire CHENG Hiu Ling upholds this comprehensive philosophy. She is a registered practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong (Registration Number 006097) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (Registration Number CMR0002000801). Her robust academic background, including a Master of Chinese Medicine degree (CUHK, 2009), a Bachelor of Science (majoring Chemistry) degree (CUHK, 1991), and a Master of Educational Psychology degree (University of Manchester, 1994), reflects a dedication to understanding and treating the whole person.
With clinical experience spanning over 17 years, Ms. Cheng has mastered the expertise required to offer holistic solutions. She focuses on identifying the underlying root cause of your discomfort rather than merely treating symptoms. By drawing on the profound principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she meticulously tailors every care plan to restore optimal balance and harmony to your body and mind.
Ms. Cheng ensures clear, accessible communication with clients, speaking fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Putonghua), and she also enjoys speaking some French.
Our Services
Your Well-Being Needs at One Place
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine, functioning as a powerful therapeutic method for curing disease, alleviating pain, and relieving deep-seated physical or emotional discomfort.
This ancient practice involves the precise insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points across the body’s surface, known as acupoints. These points are located along channels or meridians through which the body’s vital energy, or Qi, flows.
The therapeutic effect is achieved through the needles, which stimulates acupoints to clear blockages in the meridian system and fundamentally regulate the body’s inherent systems.
By facilitating and optimizing the flow of Qi, acupuncture works to reestablish the body’s natural energy balance and harmony. This restoration of balance is what allows the body to engage its own innate healing mechanisms, promoting both symptomatic relief and a long-term return to health.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
We understand that the traditional method of decocting raw Chinese medicinal herbs can be an extensive, time-consuming process. To entirely eliminate this hassle and streamline your wellness routine, we utilize only concentrated Chinese medicine granules, conveniently packed in individual sachets. This innovation transforms preparation from a complicated procedure into a simple, three-step action. The medicine can be taken anywhere, anytime: just empty the granules into a mug of hot water, stir quickly to dissolve, and your customized therapeutic dose is ready in an instant.
Consultation on Holistic Well-Being
The theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is based on a series of philosophical thoughts, emphasizing that man is part of Nature and that life is to be lived according to the rhythms of Nature. Being one of the oldest practised holistic medicines in the world, TCM aims to investigate individual organ functions as well as how effectively they interact with other organs. In essence, it focuses on treating the whole person and not the disease in isolation. Consequently, every consultation results in an individualized treatment plan tailored precisely to the patient’s unique needs.

Testimonials
“I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical about whether acupuncture could actually fix my knee after months of ibuprofen and physical therapy didn’t quite do the trick. But working with TCM practitioner Claire CHENG has been a life-changing experience. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant difference. Her deep understanding of Chinese Medicine and her precise technique in acupuncture targeted the soreness perfectly. I’m now back to my daily walks pain-free. She is a true professional and incredibly skilled at what she does.”

“I’m very grateful for Claire’s help with my eczema. Rather than focusing only on the skin, she took a thoughtful, holistic view of my health to find the underlying cause. What I appreciated most was how she looked at the bigger picture, including my diet and how stress and emotions were affecting my flare-ups. By combining acupuncture, personalized herbs and practical lifestyle adjustments, we were able to achieve steady, lasting improvement. My skin is now much calmer, and I feel more balanced overall. If you’re looking for a practitioner who focuses on the root of the issue through a total-body approach, I highly recommend her.”
